Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver meals for residents and guests
- Review menus and production sheets prior to meal prep
- Ensure proper food handling and safety techniques
- Complete daily temperature audits of food storage
- Adhere to meal schedules and dietary guidelines

Requirements:
- Food Handler's Certificate required
- Experience in large scale food prep preferred
- Knowledge of special diets and regulations
- Must lift and transfer heavy items
