Apply corrugated manufacturing expertise and technical problem-solving as Atlantic Packaging’s Technical Services Representative. Travel regularly to customers and Atlantic locations.
This experienced position supports customer operations, product performance, and current product introductions. You will work across Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Design. Sheet plant or integrated corrugated operation experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer visits and review product performance
- Provide technical support during trials and start-ups
- Troubleshoot equipment, processes, and manufacturing issues
- Coordinate customer transitions, designs, and implementations
- Document findings and recommendations for internal teams
Requirements:
- Corrugated packaging industry experience required
- Sheet plant or integrated operation experience required
- Understand corrugating, converting, and carton manufacturing
- Read technical drawings, specifications, and test data
- Travel regularly to customer and Atlantic locations
