Casual Employees are not guaranteed hours of work and can range from 0-37.5 hours per week on an as-needed basis. Shifts of work will be scheduled days and nights rotating from 07:00 to 19:00, 19:00 to 07:00 hours. Minto House embodies a resident-centered philosophy designed to support residents’ choices, help people function at their highest level, and provide the best quality of life possible. This facility is one storey with 14 residential beds, and a private bathroom in each room. We also have recreation activities daily, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy available based on client need and a Rehab Assistant available daily for the walking program, exercise and assessments. Nakusp is located in southeastern British Columbia, Nakusp is a quiet community surrounded by stunning mountain landscapes and pristine nature.
