This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to lead a high-performing maintenance crew in a dynamic industrial environment. Lead and coordinate maintenance teams to deliver safe and efficient operations. Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules aligned with production needs. Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Uphold and enforce safety protocols, company standards, and regulatory compliance. Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, and reports. Support capital projects, upgrades, and reliability initiatives. Collaborate with production and engineering to optimize plant performance.
