The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales for commercial units at Sevendale Business Park.

This position is an IN-PERSON position requires to providing excellent personalized customer service, candidate MUST be able to MULTI-TASK: answer phone, greet customers, reply to emails, prioritize multiple projects, and respond to last-minute requests from customers.

Responsibilities

- Execute outbound campaigns to generate new leads.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budgets, and buying authority.
- Actively source and enter both internal and external leads into the CRM.
- Accurately promote and quote Sevendale Business Park commercial units to small and medium-sized businesses.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.




- Accurately record all customer interactions and sales data in the CRM.
- Assist manager and senior management by providing weekly updates and participation in a regular team meeting.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Experience

- 1 to 2 years of sales or customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- A strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of the commercial real estate market (preferred).
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada,
