Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, dependable Cashier/Customer Service/Sales Associate to create a welcoming shopping experience and support daily retail operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable assisting customers, processing transactions, and recommending products. Experience with technology sales or product demonstrations is helpful, but a strong customer-first attitude and willingness to learn are also valued.

Duties

- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide attentive, courteous customer service.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash and other transactions accurately.
- Use basic math to process purchases, provide change, and verify transaction details.
- Learn product features and demonstrate products to help customers make informed choices.
- Support retail sales by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable items, and using appropriate upselling techniques.
- Assist with technology sales by explaining product features and helping customers compare options.
- Maintain attractive, organized merchandise displays and assist with merchandising and restocking.




- Respond to customer inquiries with clear communication and professional phone etiquette.
- Coordinate tasks and prioritize customer needs while maintaining strong time management and organizational skills.
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep the sales floor and checkout area clean and orderly.

Experience

- Customer service, cashiering, cash handling, or retail sales experience is preferred.
- Experience with POS systems is an advantage.
- Technical sales experience and confidence conducting product demos are nice to have.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, basic math ability, and a customer-focused approach are key.
- English proficiency is required for customer and team communication; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Reliability, a professional manner, and the ability to learn product information and store procedures are expected.

Pay: From $17.95 per hour Job Type: Full-time
