Our client is a fast-growing AI technology company helping small and medium-sized businesses accelerate growth through AI-powered marketing solutions, including paid advertising, SEO, and digital optimization.

We’re looking for a Product Growth Manager to bridge product development and client success. You’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts, identify opportunities to drive growth and retention, and build AI-powered solutions that help businesses get more value from the platform.

What you’ll do:

- Manage relationships across a portfolio of 175+ client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact
- Meet with clients to understand business goals, identify growth opportunities, and drive product adoption
- Collaborate with the product team to develop solutions that improve client outcomes
- Build AI-powered tools, workflows, and solutions using platforms like Codex and Claude Code
- Drive account expansion, retention, and adoption across the company's product suite

What we’re looking for:

- 5–10 years of professional experience,



ideally in a startup, consulting, or high-ownership generalist role
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and operate independently
- Hands-on experience building solutions with AI tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or similar
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging business owners
- Entrepreneurial, technically curious, and motivated to grow within product and engineering

Nice to have:

- Experience in product growth, account management, or customer success
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing, SaaS, or digital advertising
- Experience driving customer retention, expansion, or net revenue retention

Compensation & Advantages:

- $120,000 CAD base salary
- Quarterly performance bonus of up to $5,000 tied to net revenue retention

Location: Montreal, QC, onsite 5 days a week
