What You'll Do
Help customers identify vehicles that fit their needs. Present recent and pre-owned vehicles through walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives. Communicate with customers in person and by phone, email, and text. Build lasting customer relationships and provide a strong sales experience. Maintain strong product knowledge and participate in training. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Comfort using computers and learning dealership systems.
