Lead warehouse operations at Kaycan through inventory control, forklift expertise, and safety-focused daily execution. This role reports to the Branch Operations Manager.
The Warehouse Team
Lead supervises warehouse collaborators and leads by example through coaching, training, and effective goal setting. You will support customer service, deliveries, facility and fleet maintenance, quality control, and staffing levels. Collaboration across departments is part of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities: Reinforce Company policies and Head Office procedures Coach warehouse personnel through constructive feedback Monitor stock, inventory, deliveries, and quality control Maintain protected, healthy, and efficient warehouse operations Identify improvements and support skill development Requirements: Five-plus years of warehouse experience Two-plus years of supervisory experience Forklift experience is required Computer proficiency; Oracle knowledge is a bonus Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds Apply warehouse supervision, inventory control, forklift experience, and customer service skills to Kaycan’s operational leadership needs.
