Clinton Smile Centre has been serving the College Street community for many years, with an established patient base and experienced clinical team. Now, as part of the growing Smile Centre Dental Group, we're entering an exciting new chapter — expanding our services, introducing new technology and systems, and building on the strong foundation already in place.

The Opportunity

As Office Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day success of the practice while working closely with our doctors, Regional Managers and broader Smile Centre leadership team.

You'll be responsible for

- Leading, supporting and developing the dental team
- Creating an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through treatment
- Managing scheduling, workflow and daily office operations
- Monitoring practice goals, KPIs and performance
- Supporting treatment acceptance and practice growth
- Overseeing patient accounts, billing and administrative systems
- Recruiting,



onboarding, coaching and providing feedback to team members
- Maintaining strong systems, policies and operational standards
- Leading team meetings and helping create a culture of communication and accountability
- Identifying opportunities to improve the patient experience and grow the practice

We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous dental office management or strong dental leadership experience
- Understands dental terminology, scheduling, insurance and treatment coordination
- Is confident leading and coaching a team
- Is organized, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Understands numbers and enjoys working toward goals
- Communicates exceptionally well with patients, doctors and team members
- Can handle challenges professionally and calmly
- Loves learning and isn't afraid of change
- Brings positive energy and genuinely cares about people

Experience with Dentrix and (Recall)MaxAssist is an asset. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to lead — not simply manage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
