Overview

We are seeking a experienced, dedicated and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong background in administrative support within dental practice. As a Dental Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from appointment scheduling to check-out.

Your role is vital in maintaining efficient office operations while providing exceptional customer service. ONLY those with dental office experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression of the practice.
- Manage appointment schedules through the use of use of Tracker for several treatment providers.
- Verify patient insurance information
- Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and providing information as needed.




- Assist with administrative tasks including patient check-in/check-out, billing, and data entry.
- Maintain an organized front office operations, including scanning, correspondence.
- Maintaining a neat and tidy enviroment.
- Support the dental team by coordinating patient communications and ensuring all documentation complies with privacy regulations.

Skills

- Proficiency in dental practice management software such as Tracker is highly desirable.
- Robust knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental and healthcare environments.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing appointments and patient information.
- Effective communication skills to interact confidently with patients, staff, and insurance providers.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
