We’re Hiring: Sales & Recruitment Coordinator

Remote | Flexible Hours | Base Pay + Commission

DentHire is looking for an outgoing, organized team member to connect with dental clinics across Canada, introduce our recruitment services and help coordinate successful placements using our software.

You’ll support the process from the first clinic conversation through candidate matching, interviews and placement.

What you’ll do:

- Reach out to clinics from our existing list and identify new business opportunities.
- Speak with office managers and practice owners about their staffing needs.
- Introduce our services, follow up with prospects and close sales.
- Use DentHire’s software to identify suitable candidates, review profiles and confirm interest and availability.
- Help screen candidates, coordinate interviews and support the placement process.




- Keep clinic and candidate records updated and follow up after placements.

What we’re looking for:

- Robust communication, relationship building and organizational skills.
- Sales, recruitment or customer service experience.
- Confidence making calls and managing follow ups independently.
- Comfort learning current software and coordinating multiple opportunities.
- Dental office experience is a strong asset.
