Our rapidly growing, non-corporate dental clinic is looking for a Treatment Coordinator with a warm heart, a fun personality, and the dental experience to help bring it all together.

You know how to make someone feel welcome, explain the details without overwhelming them, and bring a little lightness to a busy day. You enjoy building relationships, checking things off your list, and celebrating when a patient finally books the care they’ve been putting off.

A little about the role:

- Help keep our schedule full, flowing smoothly, and thoughtfully organized.
- Walk patients through treatment plans, costs, insurance estimates, and payment options with clarity and kindness.
- Follow up with patients, answer questions, and help make their next steps feel manageable.
- Jump in with front desk duties and lend a hand where it’s needed.
- Bring your ideas, initiative, and sense of humour. We’d love all three!

A little about you:
- You have at least two years of dental experience. This is required.
- You’re friendly, approachable, and know when someone needs a little extra reassurance.




- You’re comfortable discussing treatment, fees, insurance, and payment arrangements.
- You’re organized, dependable, and follow through.
- You enjoy being part of a team and bringing positive energy to the people around you.
- Previous treatment coordinating experience is a lovely bonus!

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
