Dietician

Living Spring Medical Centre in Yorkton, SK, is seeking a Temporary Full time Dietitian to join its multidisciplinary healthcare team. Reporting to the Lead Physician, the Dietitian will provide nutrition assessments, individualized counselling, care planning, and education, primarily supporting older adults and individuals living with chronic health conditions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to promote healthy lifestyles, improve patient outcomes, and support effective chronic disease management. This position is part of a newly developed Innovation Fund initiative between the Government of Saskatchewan and medical clinics across the province. The position is temporary until March 31, 2028, with the possibility of extension, subject to funding availability and operational needs.
