This will focus on our nephrology/dialysis patients and inpatients.

Shifts: Day As part of the dietitian team, your duties will include but are not limited to: Assess, plan, coordinate,



implement and monitor the nutrition care for inpatients and outpatients of our nephrology program (patients requiring haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis) who require assessment Provide education and counselling to patients and families on nutrition care plans Liaise with outside agencies for appropriate nutritional monitoring upon discharge. Develop and update nutrition information materials and teaching aids Possess a Baccalaureate Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with completion of an accredited dietetic internship program Registered and in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario Eligible for membership with the Dietitians of Canada Experience with nephrology and diabetes patients is an asset RVH is dedicated to building an inclusive workforce that comprises individuals who have an array of identities, abilities, background, culture, skills, perspectives, and experiences that are representative of our current and evolving population.
