Own the end-to-end Solutions design for Oracle PPM, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance. Hands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Projects, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful delivery. Execute or oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and training/end-user support.

Partner with technical teams to guide design and testing of conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions. Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end design. Define standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations. 5+ years of Oracle PPM experience with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP. ~ Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a rapid-paced consulting environment. ~ Oracle ERP Cloud certifications are a plus. ~ Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus. ~ Oracle Cloud Labor Distribution experience is a plus. ~ Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.

The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience,



market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
