Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership across client service operations

Monitor performance, client outcomes, risks, and opportunities

Oversee workforce planning, scheduling strategy, and system optimization





Advance quality improvement, innovation, and operational accountability

Coach leaders and develop collaborative, accountable teams

Requirements: Post-secondary degree in a relevant field

At least five years of progressive leadership experience

Experience leading complex client-facing operations

Expertise in quality improvement, accreditation, and resource optimization

Knowledge of funding, risk, change, and legislative requirements
