Coordinate airfreight shipments with accuracy, strong regulatory knowledge, and proactive deviation handling within Kuehne+Nagel's Operational Care Center. As an Operational Care Specialist, you will manage end-to-end transport activities and customer transit-time requirements. Your work includes bookings, documentation, shipment monitoring, carrier coordination, and system updates.

You will collaborate with Customer Care Specialists and logistics stakeholders to deliver customer-specific routing and service requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate bookings with partners, gateways, and qualified carriers Prepare documentation and monitor shipments through completion Handle deviations proactively and update Kuehne+Nagel systems Escalate disputes, discrepancies, and operational issues promptly Identify process and cost-optimization opportunities Requirements: Minimum one year of air logistics or freight forwarding experience Degree in Logistics or related field CIFFA certification preferred Solid airfreight and regulatory requirements knowledge Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook Bring airfreight coordination, shipment monitoring, and analytical skills to Kuehne+Nagel's customer-focused logistics operations.
