I’m working with an creative industrialized construction company in Vancouver. You’d set up the Vancouver site, build the team, and create the playbook they’ll use to scale to a larger plant and expand across Canada and Europe.
What you’d own:
- Manufacturing and production
- Supply chain and procurement
- Facilities, logistics and transportation
- Working along side Senior Management, HR teams to hire and grow the operations team over the next 3+ years
Who I’m looking for:
- A senior manufacturing or operations leader who has run multiple functions at once
- Someone who has launched or scaled a facility before, or really wants to
- A background in building products, construction, engineered products or industrial manufacturing (a big plus)
- Lean or Six Sigma (nice to have)
Vancouver, BC | On-site | Permanent $170,000 to $185,000 CAD per year
