Lead sporting provision at Repton Prep in Milton through coaching leadership and curriculum sport. Shape experiences for pupils aged 2 to 13. As Director of Sport, you will establish coaching best practice, coordinate staff deployment, and manage competitive fixtures.

You will teach sport to pupils in Years 1-8 while supporting sports scholars, reporting pupil progress, and developing the department’s vision. The role also contributes to boarding or day duties, activities, trips, and the wider through-school curriculum.
