Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily trucking dispatch operations, including load scheduling, driver communication and customer service, while supporting the company’s business development and marketing initiatives. Identify and contact prospective customers, promote the company’s transportation and logistics services, follow up on sales leads and quotations, and develop relationships with recent and existing customers. Identify opportunities to generate additional freight volumes, improve lane utilization and secure backhaul loads.
Maintain accurate customer and prospect records, monitor sales opportunities, and contribute to the company’s overall growth and profitability.
