The Role

We're looking for ambitious, motivated, and personable Sales Representatives who thrive in a performance-based setting and enjoy connecting with people.

As a Sales Representative, you'll introduce our products to potential customers door-to-door, explain their benefits, and build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Introduce our products to potential customers and close sales.
- Encourage customers to support local businesses and farms.
- Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM and payment software.
- Organize your schedule, manage your time effectively, and remain consistent.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base.

What We're Looking For
- Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills.




- Willingness to learn and use company software and digital tools.
- Reliability, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
- High social skills with approaching new people and maintaining trust.
- Ability to work outdoors in Calgary's varying weather conditions.

Pay is 100% commission based. Pay range is based on the Lowest & Highest performing sales reps currently employed as of 2026. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
