We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Fulfilment Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining and improving our e-commerce customer portals, managing product information, supporting online promotions, and assisting customers with website-related inquiries. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical and administrative skills while learning new software, platforms, and processes.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update the company’s e-commerce website, including product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Customize and maintain an existing template-based website using HTML and CSS.
- Configure and customize template-based products using variables, attributes, and product options.
- Ensure website content, product information, pricing, and promotions remain accurate and up to date.
- Assist with product categorization, website merchandising, collections, and navigation.
- Monitor website functionality, identify issues, and assist with troubleshooting and improvements.
- Support the implementation of online promotions,



marketing campaigns, and seasonal updates.
- Assist with new product setup, product launches, and discontinued product updates.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding website functionality, user accounts, access issues, and general website questions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to investigate and resolve customer and website-related issues.
- Use available software and tools to support website administration and improve work processes.
- Demonstrate a “can do” attitude, taking initiative and learning new software, platforms, and processes as required.
- Work independently while cooperating with and supporting internal teams.
- Adapt to changing business needs, priorities, and procedures while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:

- Experience administering an e-commerce platform is required.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, including the ability to read and modify existing website code.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Effective time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently,



take initiative, and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to learn new software, platforms, and work processes quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and short turnaround times.
- Open-minded and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing directions as the business develops.
- Ability to work cooperatively with internal teams and respond effectively to customer inquiries.
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and iOS/Android operating systems is an asset.

Pay: $41,600.00-$50,000.00 per year
