Job Overview:

Real Heroes Learning Centre is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators (ECE I, II, and III) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a commitment to creating a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive environment where young children can thrive. This role involves developing and implementing age-appropriate programs that support the cognitive, social, and emotional development of all children, including those with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that promote holistic child development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet their individual needs.
- Collaborate with families to support children’s learning and development, providing regular updates and feedback.
- Lead classroom activities that build teamwork, leadership, and positive social skills.
- Utilize technology to enhance learning experiences, including the integration of digital tools and resources.
- Adapt teaching methods to support children with special educational needs, ensuring all students have equal access to learning opportunities.




- Introduce basic French language skills through daily activities to encourage language development.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Robust leadership abilities and a passion for working with young children.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development stages.
- Experience in a daycare or childcare setting with a focus on creating a positive, supportive learning environment.
- Understanding of special education strategies and experience working with diverse learners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both documentation and parent communication.
- Competence in using computers and digital resources for teaching and administrative tasks.
- Ability to create dynamic, engaging learning environments that foster curiosity and creativity.
- Effective classroom management skills and the ability to promote positive behavior among children.
