Early Learning Childcare Center & OSC Devon is looking for caring, dependable and enthusiastic Level 1 Early Childhood Educators to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide attentive, nurturing care and support children's daily routines.
- Help create safe, engaging and age-appropriate learning environments.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
- Maintain appropriate child supervision and follow established safety procedures.
- Complete attendance records and other required daily documentation.
- Follow Alberta childcare licensing requirements and centre policies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistent routines and quality care.
- Communicate respectfully with families, colleagues and management.
- Report incidents, safety concerns and children's needs promptly.

Qualifications

- Current Alberta Level 1 Early Childhood Educator certification.
- Experience in a licensed childcare setting is preferred.
- Caring, patient and professional approach to working with children.




- Reliable attendance and ability to follow schedules and established procedures.
- Solid communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback and contribute positively to the team.
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
- Ability to work on-site in Devon, Alberta.

Employment Requirements Employment is conditional upon satisfactory verification of qualifications and references, a Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search, a Child Intervention Record Check, and valid First Aid and CPR certification. All applicable childcare licensing and pre-employment requirements must be met.

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
