Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. Duties

- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed records of developmental milestones
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and team members to ensure each child's individual needs are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and educational materials
- Adhere to all licensing regulations,



safety standards, and program policies
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education best practices

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings is highly preferred
- Classroom experience demonstrating the ability to manage group activities effectively
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Relevant certifications or training in early childhood education or caregiving are advantageous
