Summary

As an ECE Teacher, you’ll support children in either our Infant and Toddler or Primary classroom at Wonderworld Montessori Academy–Metrotown in Burnaby. Your impact: By guiding children’s learning and daily experiences, you help them build skills and confidence in a supportive classroom.

Responsibilities

- Support children’s learning using Montessori methods and the academy’s educational approach.
- Support children’s development and participation in classroom activities.
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for children.
- Communicate with parents and colleagues to support a connected community.
- Contribute to a supportive classroom environment for children and coworkers.

Qualifications





- ECE Certification & First Aid
- Relevant early childhood education knowledge and teaching skills.
- Experience working with children and in a classroom setting.
- Childcare skills suited to supporting children’s daily experiences.
- A love and passion for working with children 6 months- 3 years old

Position: Full Time

Rate: $22 plus $6 ECE Wage Enhancement

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
