The Educational Assistant, Automotive Trades’ responsibilities will include but are not limited to offering support to staff and students in lab and classroom environments, assisting faculty on student-related issues and the delivery of curriculum, and organizing and maintaining an inventory of shop materials, supplies and equipment. This may include setting up equipment before classes, plus removal and storage of equipment once classes have concluded.
The Educational
Assistant, Automotive will also work closely with the College’s Safety and Health Services department to assure compliance, maintain proper safety standards, and follow safety protocols for using and repairing tools and equipment.
