We are seeking a well-rounded individual able to work in a past paced environment to join our Emergency Response Operating team at the company’s Hamilton office. The position covers various aspects of the security industry including, troubleshooting with clients,
dispatching the authorities to situations as well as reporting directly to the Monitoring Station Manager.
Responsibilities
- Alarm system processing
- Dispatch and event notification
- Fielding and qualifying inbound calls
- Placing alarm systems on and off test
- Account database maintenance
- Video guard tours and response
12 Hour Shifts (Continental shifts rotating every 2 weeks) Day and Night shift (both required to be available for any recent employee)
