As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, a typical day might include: Recruitment Assisting with the full lifecycle recruitment process for internal and external positions, including: Participating in active and passive sourcing, building a robust candidate pipeline by utilizing a range of talent-sourcing channels to (job fairs, recruiting/networking events, and various job boards/platforms) Scheduling and otherwise facilitating recruitment meetings/discussions with hiring managers and interviews with candidates Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, notifying them of any status updates Creating and maintaining recruitment tracking spreadsheets Human Resources Management Assisting the Human Resources team as needed, including but not limited to: Maintaining employee Leave balances in the corporate HRIS Disseminating and tracking employee acknowledgements of internal policy and procedure changes as they arise Facilitating various routine internal communications between staff and HR Building relationships – with clients, with underwriters,
