Ontario Security is hiring a Security Guard / Concierge for a high-end, high-rise residential condominium located in and across GTA.

NEWLY LICENSED / ENTRY-LEVEL CANDIDATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.

Previous condominium experience is not required. We are prepared to train the right candidate according to our company standards and site procedures.

We are more interested in finding someone who is qualified, presentable, well-mannered, reliable, attentive, willing to learn, and genuinely interested in stable employment.

ABOUT THE SITE

This is a busy, high-end residential condominium with more than 500 residential units and significant daily resident, visitor, contractor, delivery, and parcel traffic.

The Security Guard / Concierge works at the front desk and represents both the condominium and Platinum Security Guards when interacting with residents and visitors.

QUALIFIED UNIFORM,

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES,

Front desk security and concierge duties.

Resident, visitor, and contractor access control.

Parcel and delivery management,

Parking administration,

CCTV monitoring,

Regular building patrols,

Maintaining Daily Occurrence Reports,

Preparing Incident Reports when required,

Using computers and site security/reporting systems,

Responding professionally to residents' questions and concerns,

Following condominium rules and site procedures

Responding appropriately to alarms and emergencies

Learning the basic operation of the building fire alarm system,

Making fire/emergency announcements when required,

Following post orders and supervisor instructions

REQUIREMENTS -

Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence,

Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends,

Solid interpersonal and customer-service skills,

Willingness to learn and complete site-specific training,
