Sushi Kitchen Assistant (Part-Time)

Wage: minimum $20 - $21 hour + tips + vacation fee
(Depending on your Sushi experience, we will provide you a great wages)
About the Role:
We are a busy Japanese restaurant seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Assistant with prior Japanese cuisine experience. You’ll support our sushi and hot kitchen teams in food prep, station maintenance, and ensuring quality standards.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in Japanese restaurant kitchens
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork.
- Able to thrive in a quick-paced environment.
Schedule:
- 3-4 hours per day (flexible shifts, 4(5)-8pm /weekends(no Sunday) required)
