What you'll be doing...

This role supports Facilities for Vancouver Designer Outlet. Working with the Facilities Manager and broader management team providing a pro-active, effective and effective Facilities Management and health, safety and security service for the centre, to ensure that customer satisfaction is maximised and high standards for the Centre are set and maintained at all times. To be successful you’ll bring...

- A qualified facility professional with at least 3 years facilities experience
- ISO 45001 knowledge (and preferably ISO 14001) - desirable

- Knowledge of local legislation
- Sound knowledge of facilities in a commercial environment
- Solid experience of dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of Building standards

- Knowledge of Food & Hygiene standards
- IT skills: Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
