Overview

Reports to Facilities Maintenance Manager The Facilities Maintenance Maintainer will be responsible for:

- Implement and monitor preventative maintenance to reduce unscheduled breakdowns.

- Coordinate routine maintenance.

- Perform maintenance tasks and physical hands-on work.

- Coordinate maintenance of buildings, grounds, and parking areas of all facilities.

- Ensure compliance of all safety standards.

- Other duties as required.

Requirements

- Ability to work with minimal supervision;

- Valid Canadian driver’s license

- Robust organization, communication and self-motivated with solid decision-making skills.

- Ability to use tools, table saw, tape measure and hand tools.

- Basic mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and electrical knowledge and skills.
