We are an Etobicoke-based law firm proudly serving the Etobicoke community since 1949. While our core practice areas are wills and estates, real estate, and business law, we've built a strong family law reputation over the past several decades. Our family law partners have recently moved on, but many of the goodwill, referral networks, and community trust remain.

We're looking for the right family lawyer to take ownership of this practice and build on what's already here.

You’ll handle the full range of family law matters: separation and divorce, custody and access, child and spousal support, property division and equalization, cohabitation and marriage agreements, and dispute resolution.





Member of the Law Society of Ontario in positive standing

Experienced across all areas of family law, with a minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a family lawyer A cultural fit for a small, close-knit office where everyone gets along

Bonus: comfortable with social media and online presence

Performance-based commission: percentage of collections over $200K annually

Monthly collection expectation: ~$Health and dental benefits

In-office position with hybrid flexibility once you've proven you can manage the workload
