This full time, permanent Field Foreman position supports Sureway Construction’s heavy equipment technicians and welders from Edmonton. The work requires a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician with Red Seal Off Road or equivalent qualifications. You will apply CAT E.T., S.I.S., Komatsu, hydraulic, and electronic schematic experience while managing field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily field operations for heavy equipment technicians
- Dispatch ten to twelve technicians and welders
- Maintain, repair, overhaul, troubleshoot, and test equipment




- Conduct performance and quality checks according to procedure
- Promote and execute the company safety program

Requirements:

- Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician Red Seal Off Road
- Five to ten years of Journeyperson experience
- Required off-road experience with CAT E.T. and S.I.S. or Komatsu
- Ability to diagnose hydraulic and electronic schematics
- Full hand tools, reliable vehicle, and approved steel-toed boots
