Fleet Maintenance Technician
Location: Morris, Manitoba
Shift: Monday - Thursday (6:00AM - 4:30PM)

Your days will include:
- Drying and Full preventative services as well as safety inspections
- Minor to moderate repairs
- Major repairs
- Performing on-site or roadside response
- Diagnosis and evaluation of symptoms and problems reported
- Troubleshooting technical faults
- Entering work orders, document time spent, parts list etc.
- Effectively communicating and providing updates to Service Coordinators
- Working on a wide variety of brands and types of equipment
- Following all safety guidelines and department SOP’
- Other tasks assigned
To succeed in this role you must possess:
- Grade 12
- Red Seal Certified Preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience in heavy duty mechanics
- Class 1 license is an asset
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Robust work ethic
- Ability to work independently
- Computer skills as it relates to diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze and prioritize repairs and maintenance items
