Job Title:Experienced FOH Server (Minimum 5 Years Experience Required)

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of serving experience in a fast-paced or fine-dining restaurant environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) - Non-negotiable.
- Language: Flawless, fluent English communication skills are required to engage with guests and provide detailed menu explanations.
- Certification: Must possess a valid Smart Serve certification at the time of hiring.
- Knowledge: Strong, comprehensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sushi, sake, and dining etiquette is highly preferred.
- Service Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal skills, a warm personality, and a proactive "guest-first" hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities:





- Provide attentive, friendly, and high-quality table service to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
- Guiding guests through our menu, including detailed explanations of Japanese ingredients, sushi varieties, and sake pairings.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, manage POS systems, and process payments.
- Anticipate guest needs, handle inquiries, and resolve any concerns with professionalism and grace.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and sushi-bar staff to ensure smooth, synchronized service.
