Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee food and beverage operations across multi-venue shifts
- Schedule teams, assign work, and verify attendance
- Complete shift reports and track guest issues
- Assist hiring, selection, and training progress




- Ensure licensing, health, and safety compliance

Requirements:

- High school diploma or suitable education and experience
- Food and beverage experience
- At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Point of sale experience and Microsoft Office literacy
- Ability to obtain Gaming License and Smart Serve Certificate
