We are presently looking for our next outstanding team member as an F&B; Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team at the Day Lodge located at our ski hill. If you can provide our guests with an amazing experience, combined with working as an energetic part of our resort, we want to hear from you!

This is a full-time seasonal position with a start date on December 1 and end date in April. There may be the possibility to continue into the summer season for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include: (but not limited to)

- Greet and guide customers through the self-serve station
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with their needs and addressing concerns quickly.
- Register sales accurately and exchange payment to ensure balanced floats at the end of each shift
- Respond to menu and dietary questions with knowledge and care.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels.




- Clean and sanitize eating and service areas according to health and safety protocols.
- Other tasks as required within MPR

Job Requirements / Qualifications:

- Previous experience preferred.
- Must be 19 years of age or older (legal requirement to serve alcohol).
- Possess or willingness to acquire Serving It Right certification (legal requirement to serve alcohol).
- Organization and problem-solving skills
- Outgoing personality
- Knowledge of up-coming trends in the industry and food knowledge
- Knowledge of POS systems is an asset.
- Experience serving alcohol is an asset.
- Willingness and ability to work in various areas of Manning Park Resort's F&B; operations, including Pinewoods, Bears Den, Snack Window, and Banquets.
