Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Assist with food preparation tasks to ensure timely delivery of quality meals
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Serve food and beverages accurately while upselling menu items to enhance customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and food handling zones
- Manage cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate math calculations and change handling




- Support food safety protocols by following proper sanitation procedures and food handling guidelines

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order calculations
- Experience in cashiering, serving, or upselling menu items is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
