Mixer Operator Position Type: Regular - Full-Time Inspects product samples to ensure conformance to quality requirements Maintains good housekeeping of area Performing required daily tests to ensure product quality, consistency, and determine equipment effectiveness. Then records results into the designated McCain database to drive real time management and support data analysis. Employees must consistently follow all GMP, safety, and hygiene requirements, including restrictions on jewelry, personal items, and attire while on the production floor.

Compliance with these standards is an essential duty of the role to ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Basic computer skills, familiarity with OCAP is an asset. High school graduate and can perform basic mathematical calculations Familiarity with Statistics Process Control software (Infinity QS) and SAP data entry Thorough understanding of SHMIS, plant sanitation requirements, industrial chemicals, and HACCP and AIB gold standards Must have strong communication skills, ability to follow detailed instructions, and be able to maintain good working relationships with Supervision and coworkers as well as ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to work on a rotating shift basis Must be willing to successfully complete Forklift, Personal Fall Protection and Scissor/Boom Lift training (minimum height requirement 20').
