Seeking a motivated and skilled Residential Framer to join our team. Will be responsible for constructing small scaled apartment buildings, ensuring that structures are built safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately frame residential structures.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and metal framing components using hand tools and power tools.
- Construct wall frames, floor systems, roof trusses, and other structural elements with precision.
- Follow safety protocols while working with power tools to ensure a secure work environment.
- Install exterior finishing product (Hardie, soffit,fascia)
Experience
- Proven experience in residential framing or general construction work with a strong understanding of carpentry principles.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools such as saws, hammers, levels, and measuring devices.
- Familiarity with power tools including, nail guns, saws
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and work at heights
