About YXE Medical Imaging

YXE Medical Imaging is a state-of-the-art medical imaging centre in Saskatoon, specializing in mammography and ultrasound. The clinic is equipped with advanced imaging technology and is committed to providing high-quality diagnostic care, with patients at the centre of care.

Our radiologists are faculty members of the University of Saskatchewan College of Medicine and are certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Our sonographers and technologists are certified diagnostic imaging professionals with extensive clinical experience.

About the Role The Front Desk Coordinator shapes the patient experience from the moment a patient contacts or arrives at the clinic.

The Front Desk

Coordinator manages patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk operations, helping ensure that each patients visit is organized, effective, and welcoming.

You will support smooth clinic workflow and serve as a key point of communication for both patients and referring clinicians. You will also act as a liaison with referring clinics, assisting with requisitions, appointment coordination, and general inquiries.

Some evening and weekend work may be required.
