Overview

We are seeking friendly, attentive Front of House Staff to provide welcoming, efficient service to guests. This role combines serving, cashiering, and customer service in a rapid-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate enjoys hospitality, communicates clearly, and can work collaboratively with both front- and back-of-house teams.

Duties

- Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide attentive guest services throughout their visit.

- Take and enter orders accurately using a POS system;

experience with Micros POS is a plus.

- Serve food and beverages, check in with guests, and respond promptly to requests or concerns.

- Process transactions, handle cash, and provide accurate change.

- Use basic math to verify orders, payments, and receipts.





- Recommend menu items and practice appropriate upselling while keeping the guest’s needs in mind.

- Follow food handling and food safety procedures, including proper sanitation practices.

- Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed.

- Keep dining, service, and work areas clean, organized, and ready for guests.

- Coordinate with coworkers to support smooth service and a positive guest experience.

- Manage time effectively while balancing multiple orders and guest needs.

Experience

- 1 or more years is preferred but newcomers and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
