Overview

- We are seeking friendly, dependable Front of House Staff to create a welcoming experience for guests and support smooth restaurant operations.

- This guest-facing role includes greeting and assisting customers, taking and processing orders, serving food and beverages, and keeping dining areas clean and organized.

- Food service or restaurant experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided on workplace procedures and systems.

Duties

- Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide attentive customer service and guest services throughout their visit.

- Take orders accurately, enter them into the POS system, and process transactions

- Handle cashiering, cash handling, and basic order or payment calculations.

- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate.

- Share menu information and make appropriate recommendations, including upselling when it suits the guest’s needs.

- Assist with basic food preparation and follow proper food handling and food safety practices.

- Maintain clean,



orderly dining and service areas by following sanitation procedures.

- Communicate clearly with coworkers and help keep service running efficiently during busy periods.

Skills

- Strong hospitality, communication, and customer service skills.

- Good time management, organization, and attention to detail.

- Basic math skills for order accuracy, payments, and change.

- Ability to handle transactions responsibly and provide accurate cash handling and cashiering.

- Familiarity with food handling, food safety, sanitation, and basic food preparation practices.

- Serving experience and prior food service experience, restaurant experience, or food industry experience are beneficial.

- Kitchen experience is helpful, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
