Our client is hiring two energetic Operations Managers to lead expanding teams in North Vancouver and Burnaby locations. You will lead a team, drive revenue, and collaborate with partners and the Head Office. With solid leadership and insurance experience, you’ll also manage a small book of business and have the credentials to become the brokerage’s Nominee. Hybrid role
- 4 days a week in the office / 1 day remote $Health and dental coverage Management of the branch (either the North Vancouver or Burnaby office) with a team of 20 to 30 employees Performance reviews of employees, and ensure the creation of a high-performing team Level 2 insurance license (with a view of getting Level 3) Over 5 years of management or leadership experience Sound knowledge and experience with commercial line insurance Our clients partner with us to help expand and diversify their teams.
