Job Summary

Elise is looking for a reliable, motivated Full-Time Lunch Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization, and can contribute to a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

This position combines daily food preparation with lunch service in a professional restaurant environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well under pressure, and takes initiative without needing constant supervision.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep lists according to established recipes and standards.
- Execute lunch service efficiently while maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean,



organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
- Follow proper food safety, storage, labeling, and rotation procedures.
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries and maintaining inventory.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties as required.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
