We are a progressive grain farming operation in Southern Saskatchewan seeking a reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious individual to join our team. The successful candidate will work alongside our family and staff in all aspects of crop production and farm operations.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain modern farm equipment including tractors, sprayers, combines, grain carts, and trucks.
Assist with seeding, spraying, harvest, grain hauling, and general field operations.
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on equipment and facilities.
Load, unload, and transport grain, seed, fertilizer, and other farm inputs.
Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
Assist with yard maintenance, shop organization, and general farm duties.
Follow all farm safety procedures and maintain a safe working setting.
Work extended hours during peak seasons when required.
Qualifications
Previous farm experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment are considered strong assets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Valid drivers license required.
Class 1A drivers licence is a strong asset.
Experience operating modern agricultural equipment, GPS guidance systems, and precision agriculture technology is an asset.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
