MoD seeks a Graphic Design Project Manager with 4-7+ years in creative project management, studio management, creative operations, or similar work. You will coordinate projects across Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and external production partners. The work spans packaging, product mock-ups, presentations, trade show graphics, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities: Lead creative projects from kickoff through production and delivery

Build timelines, workback schedules, priorities, and project plans

Translate business needs into actionable creative briefs

Coordinate designers, stakeholders, vendors, feedback, approvals,



and versions

Review proofs and production files for accuracy and quality

Requirements: 4-7+ years in creative project management or similar work

Solid understanding of graphic design and production workflows

Experience working directly with designers and creative teams

Experience with print, packaging, signage, or marketing materials

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools
